REFUNDS POLICY

Terms

1) Cooling Off Period

Your access to any of our group fitness classes shall be voided if you advise us, in writing, within twenty-four (24) hours, of signing up / purchasing your entry pass, that you no longer wish to join the group fitness class purchased. Such cancellation notice shall done by delivering or sending (including by electronic mail) a written cancellation notice to us ("Cancellation Notice"). We will then refund to you all monies or part thereof which you have paid to us under this Agreement within thirty (30) days from the date we have received such Cancellation Notice.

2) Cancellation

FITSPACE66 reserves all rights to cancel any of our group fitness classes for any reason whatsoever with notice to you. We may also cancel and/or revoke your access to any of our group fitness classes for any reason whatsoever with notice to you.

You hereby agree that in the event any of our group fitness classes is canceled by us, you are only entitled to a refund of the payment which you have paid to us free of any interest and that you shall not be entitled to claim against us for any other costs, expenses, losses, damages or liabilities which may be incurred or suffered by you as a result of such cancellation. You further agree that we shall have no further liability to you in respect of the cancellation.

3) Refunds

By signing up, you acknowledge that you shall not be entitled to and shall not claim a refund other than by strict compliance with the clauses contained herein.

You further acknowledge that any request for cancellation of your access after the Cooling Off period as mentioned in Clause 1 above shall be subject to the sole discretion and approval of FITSPACE66.

Should FITSPACE66 agree to the cancellation, you shall be charged a cancellation fee of twenty-five percent (25%) of the fees paid for access that you registered for. All cancellations are to be made at least twelve (12) hours before the start of the group fitness class registered for.

4) Transferring of Access Pass

In the event you are unable to attend the group fitness class that you have booked and paid for, you may advise the management of FITSPACE66 of your intention to transfer the access pass to someone else.

You may nominate a new attendee, subject to written notification to us that includes the full contact details of the new attendee that you have nominated. This written notification shall be submitted to us at least two (2) hours before the start of the group fitness class registered for.

Should you wish to transfer and attend any other group fitness class instead of the one you have booked and paid for, you are required to give written notice at least two (2) hours before the start of the group fitness class that you wish to attend, subject to approval by FITSPACE66 and the payment of the difference in fees, where applicable.
